Rehydrate your skin by taking a bath

Do not use soap when taking a bath. When you have sunburnt skin, soap can cause it to dry out. Use a mild soap that is good for sensitive skin if you have to use it. A bath with oatmeal is another option. Researchers found that colloidal oatmeal could help reduce inflammation and itching.

Ice Sunburned Skin

Do it correctly if you want to have something cold. Wrap an icepack in a damp cloth and apply it to the burn. It will help to reduce the swelling , as well as. Avoid applying ice to the skin.

You can also use ice cold water. Pour the water and ice in a bowl. Moisturize Consistently
